Borders

The group meets at Bowden Village Hall, TD6 0SS. Sessions usually cost £12, but may vary depending on material costs, which are included. Tea and coffee are provided but please bring your own lunch.

The dates of the initial meetings in 2024 are:

• 20th & 21st January
• 17th & 18th February
• 16th & 17th March
• 20th & 21st April
• 11th & 12th May

If you plan to come along to a meeting, please let Tamsin know two weeks in advance so that materials can be organised. Ideas about what you would like to make are welcome.

If you are a beginner and would like to discuss getting involved, please email the group coordinator (contact details below), who will be happy to help. However as the group works without a formal tutor, with members sharing skills and experience, you would gain more from the sessions by also attending a beginners course.

A limited number of tools (secateurs, rapping irons, bodkins & craft knives) will be available, but please bring your own, along with a spray bottle, if you have them.
