Welcome to the Tees Valley self-help group page.

2026 meetings are scheduled for the following dates:

• 4th April
• 2nd May
• 30th May
• 4th July
• 5th September
• 3rd October
• 7th November
• No meeting in December

The venue is Seamer Memorial Hall, The Green, Seamer, Middlesbrough, TS9 5LR.

The sessions will run from 10 am to 3 pm, and the cost will be £15 per session, including willow, tea, coffee, biscuits, and tools.
