Must have Christmas present for 2025!

Willow and conker KonkPlunk, 100% biodegradable.  Standard Horse Chestnut edition available with conkers and Oak edition available with acorns and oak apples.  Only five in the world!  Not available in the shops!

Inspired by a conversation with Charlotte Lobb about KerPlunk at Hepple a long time ago, KonkPlunk finally came to fruition just in time for Christmas.  Working within my skillset, I created a few prototypes before coming up with the final design.  It is constructed with a convex shallow basket so the conkers roll to the edge of the base and then a fatball birdfeeder kind of turret.  The turret was prised into the base, leaving enough room for the conkers to roll out between uprights and be contained within the base.  The uprights of the turret are strengthened with a three-rod whale underneath the base to decrease wonkiness and wobbles.  The sticks are comprised of brown, green, white and buff willow.  Bends and buds in the willow increase the challenge of the game, as does the size of the conkers and the acorns.

I've created 'interactive wrapping' by placing KonkPlunk in a cardboard box, cutting the corners of the box and tying ribbon around the box.  When the ribbon is undone, the box sides flap down, revealing KonkPlunk all set up and ready to play!  That's the idea anyway, what could possibly go wrong?!  Merry Christmas, I hope your family games are as much fun as KonkPlunk!
